Your merchandise is exported free of any Irish taxes. However, all merchandise may be subject to duty or other taxes on importation into your own country of residence or the country of the recipient.
Since BREXIT, this also applies to exporting merchandise from Ireland to the UK.
Kelly Hood is not responsible for any importation charges or government fees that may be applied.
A clearance fee may also be levied by your local post office on each such dutiable parcel. Some post offices show this as “Additional Postage” or “Postage Due”.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within three working days. If you need something delivered sooner, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Orders are sent via Fastway couriers and will require a signature on delivery. Once dispatched, you will receive an email from Fastway with tracking information. Fastway will attempt delivery to the provided address; if no one is home or the address is difficult to locate, they will contact you on the number provided. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday during business hours. A work/business address is recommended if no one is home during these hours.
Orders for overseas delivery are sent via An Post. Once dispatched, you will receive an email from us with tracking information.
Orders are dispatched without an invoice or payment details for gift purposes.
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 days. We will contact you if dispatching within this timeframe is not possible. A full refund will be offered if timely dispatch cannot be arranged.
Deliveries are only made Monday to Friday.

Many prints are made to order, especially larger sizes. Returns for unwanted but perfect condition items may not always be accepted. Please choose carefully and check measurements before ordering. If unsure, email us with your inquiry.
Note: We cannot accept returns for XXL prints or personalized prints.
You may return most new, unopened, and fully packaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
Refund timelines:
To return an item, log in to your account, view your order via the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
We can ship mounted limited edition prints and products to virtually any address worldwide. However, there may be restrictions on some products, and some may not be eligible for international shipping.
